The current Board of Directors (BOD) has decided it is time to form a By-Law Committee to tackle significant revisions to our current bylaw structure. There are different types of changes that need to be made:

• Edits for continuity and logic, with no substantial change to content
• Changes to governance to facilitate the way the BOD and club conducts its business
• Changes to the structure of the BOD and standing committees in an attempt to bring the BOD structure more in line with the clubs current activities and focus

The BOD welcomes anyone interested to provide input to and/or to join the By-Law committee for the coming year. Some proposed changes have already been worked on, they are available here: www.northbaynordic.ca/PDF/BYLAWS_AMEND_MAR_08.pdf
